In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing acquisition capability within the team, mentoring other young marketers and sharing best practice frameworks to drive continuous improvement. You will be joining a team in a fast paced environment where you are encouraged to innovate and push the boundaries to deliver best in class outcomes. What you'll do Develop and lead comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet new customer acquisition targets, including market development and expansion. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand target audience needs, market trends and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for market development. Influence the design of our eCom propositions by conducting thorough market analysis, understanding the needs of underperforming consumer segments, and identifying opportunities to tailor value propositions to capture more of these markets. Oversee the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on optimising the acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates and maximise ROI. Provide a deeper layer of segmentation based on the range of needs of each geographical area, to promote the right services to the right customers.  Utilise data-driven insights to measure marketing performance, identify areas for improvement and optimise efforts for maximum effectiveness. What you'll bring 6-8+ years marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition and digital marketing, preferably in Retail eCommerce.  Proven track record of developing and executing successful data-led marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth End to end campaign management experience including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement. Proven experience in working with customer databases and understanding deep customer insights. Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with marketing initiatives.
