THE COMPANY:
Join an exciting and vibrant travel company dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences to their customers. They're seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join them for a 12 month maternity cover.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Director, Global Marketing Strategy & Branded Content, the key responsibilities include the following:
Brief and develop the core marketing assets for the company working with the Design Team and Video Content team, including brochures (and associated website content), advertising templates, flyers, blogs, advertorials, videos, TV programs, eDMs, social and paid digital ad formats
Work closely with the brand marketing roles for Australia/NZ/Asia to deliver campaigns – planning, implementation and post-campaign reporting
Monitor, analyse and report on results, overall campaign success, key issues and recommendations on next steps to achieve the KPI”s and targets
Support the development of content for press, TV advertising and all consumer marketing collateral - including basic copywriting - for flyers, brochures, eDM’s, social media and trade materials etc
Brief and develop creative and media campaigns with in-house and external agency partners, ensuring accuracy, on time and within budget parameters
Support the implementation of integrated advertising and consumer marketing strategies with colleagues to trade partners, tourism boards and/or other joint marketing partners
Be responsible for supporting the implementation of dedicated events (e.g. Info sessions, member activities and webinars etc)
Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for product programs through all channels in Australia and New Zealand. Support the roll out of the global marketing and campaigns program by providing master assets for use
Monitor the effective allocation of the annual budget
Responsible for ensuring that the brand guidelines are maintained and adhered to
Responsible for reviewing and analysis of the CPA and ROI and provide recommendations to optimise campaign outcomes
Help deliver marketing and lead creative executions through all channels including but not limited to trade, direct, PR, social and online
Help develop sales initiatives and trade strategies and develop webinars, and presentations and collateral to promote all programs
YOU:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-years work experience in a related role with demonstrated success
Experience in the travel industry, preferably in the Australian and/or NZ
Excellent communication skills with strong cross functional team management experience
The ability to manage a complex workload and tight deadlines
Able to deliver agreed results in a fast paced team environment
Exceptional organisational and planning skills are critical for role
High attention to detail and the ability to produce work of a consistent high quality and deliver agreed budgets
