What you will do

We are seeking an experienced, result orientated Regional Sales Manager for a permanent, full-time opportunity to lead a dynamic regional team of 11 Territory Sales Managers in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania. Based in our Corporate Office in Mulgrave, you will report to the Head of Sales and play a crucial role driving the sales strategy, growing and developing the customer base, prospecting for new business opportunities, and coaching the team to achieve organisational objectives.

  • Manage and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, promote TBN brands, develop current accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively expand the customer base through prospecting, networking and cold calling.
  • Implement effective sales and territory management strategies utilising market trends, competitor analysis and regional knowledge to achieve targets and growth plans.
  • Generate accurate, timely sales activity reporting, forecasting and data analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to produce improvements and manage customer enquiries, new product launches, promotions and merchandising.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous Regional Management, Business Development or Key Account Management experience in beauty, consumer, pharmacy or distributor industries is required.
  • Strong experience leading, motivating and mentoring sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Proven account management, lead generation and relationship building skills to increase market share and profitability.
  • Ability to drive sales strategies, support new business and generate reporting, proposals and presentations.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), reporting tools and CRM software systems.
