Job Description - SRW Product Manager

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated product manager to join one of our brands, SRW (Science Research Wellness). While this role is based in Sydney, SRW Laboratories is a New Zealand science led brand that partners with leading global scientists to develop science-backed health supplements, for optimal cellular health.

  • Act as the key point of contact between internal brand team and various departments within the organisation
  • Engage in New Product Development (NPD) and brand building initiatives, strategy projects, monitoring performance metrics such as sales, market share and competitive analysis and budget management.
  • Support the development of brand strategy and activation plans
  • Drive the commercialisation process for new product concepts, including market and competitor research, business case development, crafting product positioning and unique selling prepositions (USPs) and more
  • Manage and champion brand assets including copywriting, content generation, digital and social media marketing.
  • Track and monitor performance of brand and products
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and execute commercial plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics and China Sales teams
  • Track and evaluate brand performance indicators such as sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in developing communication strategies and campaign optimization, and generate post-analysis reports

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, business, or a related field of study
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, data analysis and marketing-related fields in a corporate or agency setting
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in life science/ nutrition or related field, technical acumen and understanding of ingredients are advantageous.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on execution
  • Strong business acumen and a good understanding of aesthetics, copywriting, and content generation
  • Experience working in FMCG, nutrition, pharmaceutical roles
  • Possess an open and positive mindset with an embrace of change
