About The Role We have a great opportunity for a  B2B Sales & Development Specialist  to join our Work Division’s Melbourne team.You will be responsible for developing financially sustainable commercial B2B sales opportunities for Social Enterprise locations. Additionally, you will identify appropriate supported hosted growth opportunities in commercial partners’ businesses and actively support the recruitment of the employees we support within these locations to ensure the successful service delivery. Ideally you will be based at Kew with flexibility to work from one of our other Melbourne sites. Responsibilities will include: Identifying new opportunities for our organisation and the employees we support and develop them into profitable and sustainable client relationships Drive effective client growth, acquisition, and retention strategies through ongoing account relationship management Participate in forums related to the industry, conferences, and client discussions Foster professional relationships within a diverse customer base Drive commercial growth through identifying regional, interregional commercial business opportunities. Support the transformation of Business Solutions to grow Supported Hosted Employment at pace to enable long term financial sustainability. About You Previous experience in establishing new and existing customers with profitable outcomes Proven success in developing strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external customers Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with diverse groups including team members and stakeholders 3-5 years of demonstrated experience achieving commercial sales targets Commercial sales experience within a food packaging environment would be highly regarded Benefits and Perks Salary Packaging Benefits!
