Are you an aspiring marketing expert with excellent written stills, creative flair and a passion for brand?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD-based team. This is a fast paced and dynamic marketing role working across communications, brand and events for the Australian business. This role will help execute our internal communications platforms, manage our social media accounts, support the content creation for our website and internal HUB as well as support national brand campaigns and corporate events.
- Develop key internal communications content
- Manage corporate social media accounts.
- Support with PR and media initiatives
- Help coordinate Australian corporate marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with our People and Performance team to execute culture marketing campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of major client events.
- Support the induction of new starters to the business in relation to brand compliance and communication processes.
- Take ownership of maintaining and updating company marketing collateral including the Colliers Hub platform

What we are looking for:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A marketing degree is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to learn and adopt new technology (email platforms)
- Proficient in key platforms such as InDesign, Canva, Marketing automation platforms preferable
