Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and driven Communications Specialist to join our team at Land O’Lakes. This is a remote work position based in Adelaide, South Australia, AU. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of communications for our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Land O’Lakes products and services - Write and edit press releases, blogs, social media posts, and other external communications - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries from journalists - Assist in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities - Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Creativity and ability to think outside the box - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus
