You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.You will be responsible for entering critical data into the system and providing administration support to a wide range of stakeholders to ensure EML pro-actively and efficiently manage workers compensation claims.This will be a Full-time permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES The ability to effectively navigate and utilise computer systems to ensure data is entered correctly.Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.Provide advice and execute lump sum and weekly payments, including liaising with federal agencies.Review and establish average weekly earning rates for injured workers, using pay evidence.General administration as required (i.e. bank account set up, claims systems work queues, letter creation and sending). ABOUT YOU Customer service and/or office experience.An accounting and/or payment processing background would be advantageous.Advanced competency in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Superior time management and organisation skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.Experience in providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
