Other (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights As a Delivery Assurance Specialist you will be ensuring compliance with RAC and regulatory standards, and that any contractual requirements for support, assurance activities and documentation are met What will you be doing? Coordinating governance and management activities across ETS and interactions with key Insurance suppliers and ETS stakeholders, including internal and external audits. Supporting ETS in mapping and coordinating service delivery expectations, monitor and report on performance against specific goals and targets, including SLAs and key compliance requirements. Supporting compliance assessments, facilitation and coordination of scenario workshops where required, and providing advice on remedial actions and process changes. Identifying and implementing areas of improvement to ensure ongoing compliance requirements are met or improved. Documenting and discussing outcomes and tracking actions. Driving efficiencies in meeting business objectives, contractual commitments and regulatory requirements. Working with ETS and the broader business to ensure that the relevant documentation is available across all services. Writing and reviewing technical documents for clarity, grammar, content, and style, making corrections where necessary. Creating and maintaining standardised documentation templates, standards, frameworks and guidelines that are easy to apply and adapt. Ensuring that Asset and other technical documentation is maintained and developing a framework to support this process. What are we looking for in you? Proven experience as a technical writer or in compliance and/or risk management. In-depth knowledge of technical concepts and industry standards and guidelines. Experience with desktop publishing, multimedia production, and online documentation software. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and page composition skills. Ability to adhere to deadlines and handle pressure. Strong attention to detail, including highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
