Delivery Officer – Delivery Resource & Vendor Coordinator The Delivery Office Delivery Resource and Vendor capability provides specialist capacity planning services to the DDG Delivery Office including the management of the extended delivery workforce comprised of labour hire contractors and vendor sub-contractors. The team delivers a range of functions related to delivery resourcing including -structure, planning, capability and SFIA based recruitment, integrity in equity of pay and responsibility, development, engagement, and performance management on behalf of the DDG Delivery Office. The role works as part of a team to enable the delivery of Technology Programs and Projects including the recruitment of contractor labour hire, liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive customer outcomes, and the implementation of process improvements which maintain high service standards.
