GOUGH RECRUITMENT - REAL ESTATE | PROPERTY | DEVELOPMENT | CONSTRUCTION Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Working as part of Group Services your role will be to Deliver the Operations & HR Recruitment Function for Gough Recruitment .  Gough Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in Property, Construction, and Real Estate. We operate across Sydney - Melbourne - Brisbane - Perth - Hong Kong and employ about 80x staff currently with plans to grow over the coming year.  The Role: We are looking to hire Group HR Recruitment & Operations Manager to take ownership across the key areas, that are the backbone of our business. You will play a key role within the leadership team and work across key business functions of facilities, operations, and Human Resources. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish and maintain relationships with the leadership team across APAC Spearhead special projects across operations, IT/technology, Deal with HR issues and develop strategies for staff retention including recruitment of roles internally at Gough,  Assist Business leaders to support them in HR & Operations Function  administration, and legislation Review & Develop our on-boarding/offboarding  Involvement in compliance with contractor database Continual improvement of office policies and procedures Arrange the mid year & end of year Leadership Conferences  manage all key supplier relationships and contracts registers  Project office moves and renovations and office fit-outs across the group Coordinating office lease renewals Ensure standards are maintained across the network The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have worked in Operations and in a fast paced and enjoys project work.
