What You Will Be Working On

In this full-time position as a Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll be responsible for managing media and public relations activities to enhance ABN's corporate brand and reputation. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in developing and managing social media and event strategies aligned with our retail brand's marketing objectives.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Manage corporate digital communications to build external awareness and ABN Group presence
• Develop and lead social media and event strategies in collaboration with retail brand Marketing Managers to align marketing objectives and target audience positioning
• Empower your team by providing opportunities for growth, mentorship and skill development
• Act as a primary point of contact for all corporate communication matters internally and externally 
• Utilise Salesforce, PowerBI and Google Analytics data for reporting and identify insights to improve marketing activities

Who Will Be Successful

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills which will drive the success of our corporate communications strategy. You will also have demonstrated the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Journalism, or Public Relations
• Experience in a Marketing leadership role
• Exceptional digital marketing skills and excellent copywriting abilities
• Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering results
• Sound understanding of brand positioning and marketing principles
• Media trained or demonstrated experience within corporate communications or public relations
