This is your chance to join a leading Real Estate office servicing Forestville, Killarney & surrounding suburbs for over a decade. Headed up by the most supportive, friendly and kind Director, this is your chance to join an office with an amazing atmosphere! Currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator, this role is like no other with a heavy focus on marketing & sales support.

The Role:

Monday – Friday, this is a position for a bright & bubbly individual to be the face and voice of a high performing team. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking someone to be the first point of contact for a friendly team. You will be responsible for:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Meet & greet clients & answering calls
  • Prepare files for new listings
  • Assisting in exchanges & settlements
  • Pre-listing kids
  • Preparing open home packs
  • Marketing support
  • Diary management
  • Co-ordinate stationery supplies
  • Attend meetings & training sessions

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in administration is advantageous
  • A keen interested in Real Estate
  • Outstanding communication skills, be good with numbers, time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
