Communications Specialist

Job Description: Henry Schein is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Communications Specialist in our Adelaide, South Australia office. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal and external communication strategies to promote the company's brand and enhance engagement with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to promote company initiatives, products, and services - Create engaging content for a variety of communication channels including, but not limited to, social media, newsletters, website, and press releases - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies - Assist in crisis communication management and response as needed - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in communication to continuously improve strategies and tactics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Resilient and able to work well under pressure - Hardworking and committed to achieving goals - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
