Job Description:

D.R. Horton, a leading home construction company in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, is seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in communications and be ready to take on a variety of responsibilities to help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our brand and projects. 2. Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other communication platforms. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. 4. Manage media relations and handle press inquiries. 5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, making adjustments as needed. 6. Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Resilient and motivated personality traits. 4. Proven ability to think creatively and strategically. 5. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
