Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Communications Specialist to join our team at Disney. This is a full-time, entry-level position with the flexibility to work from home in Perth, Western Australia. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote our brand and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities: - Create engaging content for social media, press releases, newsletters, and other communication channels - Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging - Handle media inquiries and prepare spokespersons for interviews - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a communications role - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
