Responsibilities: - Researching industry-related topics and trends - Writing clear and compelling content that aligns with Ford Motor's brand voice and messaging - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies - Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and quality - Utilizing SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines - Meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously - Providing creative input and ideas for content development

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field - Strong writing and editing skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems - Experience with social media management and SEO preferred - Persuasion and project management skills
