Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking an Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online communications and possess a motivated and adaptable personality. This full-time Associate level position will require strong creative skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness - Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online communications to make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive online presence - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online communication efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online communications - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and email marketing tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity and problem-solving skills
