Job Description:

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a PR Associate in our Sydney office. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the company's brand and reputation. You will work closely with the PR team to create compelling content, pitch stories to the media, and manage press releases.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase brand visibility. 2. Write and edit press releases, articles, and other communication materials. 3. Pitch stories to journalists and secure editorial coverage. 4. Monitor and analyze media coverage. 5. Assist in organizing events and press conferences. 6. Maintain relationships with key media contacts. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a PR or communications role. 3. Strong writing and editing skills. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Reliable and detail-oriented. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software.
