Job Description:

Voya Financial is currently seeking a dedicated and confident PR Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing the perfect opportunity for individuals in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation - Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials - Cultivate relationships with media contacts and pitch story ideas - Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on PR metrics - Assist in planning and coordinating public events and promotions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent message across all platforms

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field - 4+ years of experience in public relations or a similar role - Strong communication and writing skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Team player with a cooperative attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software tools
