Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in social media management and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms - Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively - Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally - Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers and other brands

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is a plus - Resilient and driven personality traits to handle challenges and setbacks effectively - Strong decision-making and research skills to drive successful social media strategies
