Our client is a highly successful professional and very well-known agency located in the prestigious Eastern Suburbs. You will be working as a Sales PA/Associatesupporting a highly successful Director who has extensive real estate experience servicing the Eastern Suburbs market. This is the perfect role for someone who has a similar experience, who is highly organised and can work under pressure. No two days will be the same in this challenging new position and would be perfect for someone who likes to get out of the office!!

Key Responsibilities

• Providing support to a very reputable Director 
• Conduct open inspections
• Managing diary appointments
• Attending appraisals
• General support to the sales team
• Organising marketing campaigns
• Liaising with vendors and buyers
• Lead generation, letter box drops, prospecting etc 
• Coordinating photographers, floor planners etc/
• General administration duties
 
Skills and Experience

• Real Estate experience is essential!
• You will have experience in a similar position. 
• Valid drivers license and your own car
• Have strong communication skills
• Ideally reside in the East or surrounding areas
