THE ROLE You must have your completed Agents Representative certificate (IV Real Estate) to apply for this role.
As Sales Associate, you will support Sales Consultants by providing support with daily sales, sales centre activities, sales administration and follow ups. A Sales Associate is a trainee Sales Consultant role and a fanastic way to get your start at a top tier developer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive support to sales team members, including consultants, executives, and managers.
- Assist in achieving and maintaining sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate sales-related events such as display suite openings and project launches, occasionally requiring weekend work.
- Manage sales floor plans, schedules, and reporting processes.
- Ensure high presentation standards and adequate inventory levels for display suites and sales offices.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform sales strategies.
- Assist in evaluating and reporting on sales and advertising activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 1-3. years of sales experience, preferably in a real estate environment
- Administration or sales experience.
- Database management.
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration / Agents Representative essential
- Good Microsoft Suite skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
