Full time and Permanent role Based in Sydney SaaS Sales Sales Development Representative   Hack The Box gives individuals, businesses and universities the tools they need to continuously improve their cybersecurity capabilities — all in one place.   Our growing sales team is on the lookout for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) professional in the APAC Market. As an SDR at HTB, most of your time will be dedicated to reaching out to prospective customers using multiple methods of communication (telephone, LinkedIn and email) and undertaking a qualification to determine the need for HTB solutions.  When the need is established, the aim is to secure a meeting with the Account Executive to continue the sales cycle.  The rest of your time will be dedicated to qualifying leads, analysing and building impactful SDR campaigns (messages, calls, e-mails) and populating the CRM with new prospective targets. This is a full-time and permanent role with a salary banding between $70k and $90k   Focus: Qualify prospective customers to drive interest to warrant a conversation with an Account Executive.   Goal: First, qualify and book appointments through outbound methods. Second, increase the prospective customer base in CRM (Hubspot).   In this role, you will need to have intelligence, a natural curiosity, a desire to learn, determination and persistence. Up for the challenge?   Responsibilities Contact potential clients through various means of communication Explore and identify client needs and match them with appropriate products/services Qualify both inbound and outbound leads Become a product expert and a brand ambassador for HTB for Business Research, prospect and qualify leads Develop with marketing and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve the generation of leads     Requirements A good, positive attitude is a must! Experience with Sales in Tech, preferably in a SaaS environment Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent You are self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude You are comfortable talking to strangers and are an expert in making first contact and building valuable relationships Prior experience as a BDR or SDR or in another prospecting-related position is a huge plus Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are a good plus   HTB Perks: Why work at Hack The Box?
