TheSalesforce Technical Writer is a newly created, 8-month Max-Termopportunity in our Customer Project Delivery and Readiness teambased at our Perth CBD offices.

The purposeof the role is to deliver quality content for the SalesforceKnowledge Management solution to provide operational support acrossCBU with an emphasis on change management.

Keyresponsibilities of the role include :

Assess business requirements and develop content to ensure accurate processes to support the delivery of customer experience.

Review and analyse existing content against future requirements

Assist with the documentation of processes to ensure accuracy of processes including compliance requirements.

Assist with the analysis of existing KANA content for migration to Salesforce Knowledge

Support change for the program delivery

Whatyou’ll bring:

At least two years’ experience in customer service support role or similar.

Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration within diverse business environments.

Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement across multiple organisational levels.

Proven ability to quickly learn a complex subject matter.

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative customer- focused solutions.
