Service Delivery Manager Location – ACT 12 months contract with 2x12 months ext. options! Australian Citizens with current NV1 Clearance Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager for our esteemed Large Federal Government Client. This is a 12 months initial contract with further extension options up to 2x12 months!! About the Role: As the Service Delivery Manager, you will provide effective delivery and sustainment of various cyber projects. Your duties include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with business and service providers to develop and document strategic improvements for the provision of IT services. Define, develop and maintain a set of artefacts for the implementation of IT strategy aligned service management policies and standards. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external service providers. Work with project managers, service providers and business representatives to smoothly transition new services into operation ensuring business objectives are met. Develop a reporting framework to measure service performance against service level agreements. Collate a service delivery risks and issues register documenting mitigation and improvement strategies to maintain or improve services provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
