We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Owens & Minor. This is a full-time remote position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in social media management and be able to work independently while also being reliable.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts - Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Stay current on social media trends and best practices to ensure Owens & Minor stays ahead of the competition - Collaborate with other teams within the organization to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner - Stay up to date on industry news and developments to identify potential opportunities for Owens & Minor
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven track record of managing social media accounts for a minimum of 4 years - Strong research and strategic planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience with social media analytics tools - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles - Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus
