Exciting System training opportunityImmediate StartAdelaide, SAAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Trainer to support the roll out of a new system to Community Aged Care and Disability Services (CACDS) and impacted Support Services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Change and Training team to ensure a seamless transition and adoption of the new system by all impacted employees.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Project Change and Training team to assign training modules to impacted employees.Liaise with system vendor for comprehensive understanding.Align system with organisational requirements.Tailor training materials for different service lines.Monitor training roll out for 300+ employees across various locations.Deliver learning solutions via the organisation's LMS platform.Develop post go-live on boarding and training plans.Conduct refresher and remedial training sessions.Support champions and sponsors in system adoption.Manage tickets during Hyper care process.Evaluate training effectiveness.Participate in post-implementation reviews.Requirements:Extensive system training experience.Willingness to learn new systems.Ability to adapt to complex changes.Digital transformation experience desirable.Please read the attached position description and if this sounds like a career for you we would encourage you to apply by attaching a covering letter, outlining how you meet the essential requirements of the role and a current resume.
