Job Description Protech are currently recruiting for an experienced Mining Trainer Assessor to joint the team onsite at Rolleston Open Cut. You will be assisting with training NTI/Trainee operators as well as assisting with upskilling the current workforce.    THE ROLE:  Haul Truck Trainer Assessor  7/7 or 5/2 roster 12.5hr shifts  6-12 month position (Casual engagement)  Free BIBO from Yepoon and Bundaberg   BENEFITS: Great onsite culture  Competitive hourly rates  Work at an industry leading site that puts people before production!  Stay at an award winning camp (located onsite) with a pool, tennis courts and gym with personal trainers  Even weekly pays Salary Sacrificing options (Novated leases, relocation allowances, devices etc) Employee Assistance Program Uniforms provided   SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years experience as a production trainer assessor within QLD coal mining  SSE/Delegate signed competencies & relevant TAE certificate within 5 years Reside within a 4-6hr drive of Rolleston Mine  Reliable and safe work manner Solid working history Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment and Drug & Alcohol Test  Rights to work in Australia and current QLD Drivers licence  Willingness to engage in activities that seek to support positive site culture Two contactable references to verify employment/skills.   THE CLIENT:  Rolleston Open Cut mine produces thermal coal. The mine is located 16 kilometres west of Rolleston township and 140 kilometres southeast of Emerald, in Queensland's Bowen Basin.
