As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand to our valued trade and retail customers. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain, increase, and promote GWA product ranges while achieving budgeted sales and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve budgeted sales and margin targets within your designated area.
• Monitor, review, and manage expenses, ensuring adherence to defined pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate product training tailored to merchant requirements.
• Provide technical information and demonstrate new products effectively.
• Analyse sales statistics to formulate effective strategies for sales growth.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activities and market conditions.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and propose customer base expansions.
• Execute merchant sales plans to achieve targets and enhance brand presence.
• Maintain presentable merchant displays and ensure adequate product information availability.
• Foster day-to-day customer relationships through regular contact and reporting.

Additional Duties:

• Attend monthly meetings to discuss sales strategies and market trends.
• Represent the company at relevant merchant and trade functions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key purchasing contacts.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client data.
