Job Description

Where You Can Make an Impact

Our graduate program is a 12-month journey that gives you real-world experience, hands-on learning, and exposure to industry-leading projects. You'll gain hands-on experience by shadowing senior leaders and participating in engaging  chats with industry experts, providing deep insights into consulting fundamentals and the industries we serve. With structured learning, personalised mentoring, e-learning pathways, and ongoing feedback, we’ll set you up for success from day one.   We currently have graduate opportunities within our Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure (CFI) team in Adelaide.

About CFI

Our CFI team delivers enhanced commercial outcomes; support optimised financial performance and sustainability; and deliver end-to end services for infrastructure and property - from planning and economics, to procurement and delivery.

Together, we bring diversity of industry experience, across sectors – including health and housing, sports and recreation, energy and utilities, transport, property and defence.

We specialise in a broad range of services:

  • Financial & Risk Analysis – We specialise in a range of financial and analytical skills designed to support complex decision-making and long-term sustainability. Our work includes financial and risk modelling, financial performance and sustainability analysis, as well as health funding, activity-based costing and analytics. We provide in-depth revenue, cost and capital structure analysis to inform strategic planning, along with property feasibility assessments. We also offer technical accounting advisory and reporting services, complemented by actuarial expertise to deliver robust, evidence-based insights.
  • Commercial Advisory & Transactions – We provide specialist commercial advisory services across a broad range of areas to support effective decision-making and project delivery. Our expertise includes procurement strategy and contract arrangements, as well as property advisory and infrastructure and services contracting. We assist clients with the development of business delivery cases and offer transaction advisory and management services to guide complex processes. We provide support with negotiations and dispute advisory, helping clients achieve balanced outcomes and manage commercial risks effectively.
  • Planning & Economics – We bring strong expertise in economic analysis and project origination, supporting the identification and development of high-value opportunities. Our work includes preparing business investment cases, as well as project scoping and establishing clear investment rationales. We also provide specialist transport modelling services to inform strategic planning and ensure robust, evidence-based decision-making.
  • Capital Project Management – We offer comprehensive expertise in project leadership and management, ensuring clarity, structure and accountability across all stages of infrastructure delivery. Our capabilities include project definition and design management, alongside project commercial management to optimise value and outcomes. We provide project controls and risk advisory to strengthen governance and decision-making, as well as project assurance support and health checks to help clients maintain confidence in progress, performance and compliance.
