20-30 hrs a week Assistant property manager/ Sales Admin - Dynamic Team

LJ Hooker Shailer Park are looking to recruit a Part-time Assistant Property Manager / Administrator. We are a boutique size office with the backing of one the largest Real Estate Brands in Australia.

The position is ideal for a Property Manager wanting part time or for someone who has experience in Real Estate Administration and wants a broader role. 

This role is a mixture of  showing properties to prospective tenants, conducting entry and exit condition reports, routine inspections, leasing support, processing rental applications, business development, Social Media Support, and supporting the sales and property management team as required.

Ideally, the required hours are Monday 9am to 5pm,  Wednesday 9am to 5pm,  Friday 9am to 4pm or Saturday 9-12pm. ( Some of these days and hours could move around and Saturday  might be ok once a fortnight)  

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Experience within Property Management or Real Estate Administration is preferred 
• Current driver’s license
• A professional and friendly attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail & time management
