Job Description - 24I/VISO - Customer Support Advisor

Customer Support Advisor – Sydney Australia -– (Job Ref: 24I/ VISO) Randox Laboratories currently has 2 vacancies for a target driven individual in the position of a Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic and growing Customer Support Team. This is an office-based position covering Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia. As a Customer Support Advisor, you would contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining effective advise to increase sales and customer satisfaction. The role:

  • - Responsible for maintaining excellent standards of customer support and after sales service to customers across the Australia
  • - Supporting the sales and technical support team answering customer enquiries including product and order queries
  • - Assisting with registration and enrolment for Randox QAP scheme (RIQAS) - Supporting regional customers with regular phone calls and emails to ensure satisfaction with Randox products and to ensure awareness of new products available which may be of interest (telesales).
  • - Contacting new and existing customers to bring in new business and upsell. Generating new sales leads for the wider sales team (telesales)
  • - Completion of daily and weekly reporting
  • - Maintaining a sound working knowledge of the specific products chosen to sell and support.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life science or business-related discipline.
  • Experience working in customer service.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in an easily understood way.
  • Be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Essential:

Your Profile:
  • Sales or Telesales experience.
  • Previous experience with CRM, email marketing Software and our website CMS.
  • Scientific background or work experience in science related industry will be highly regarded.
