We are looking for an epic 2IC Retail Assistant to join our Chermside store! It will be a great opportunity if you love retail and want to join the successful AS Colour brand, enjoy delivering a great customer experience and having fantastic people around you.

What you will do:

• You will be running the Sunday and Monday shifts and have key holder responsibilities for the full week to help with the smooth operation of the store.
• Helping create an environment that's customer service driven and welcoming to both shoppers and co-workers.
• Making sure our high standards of store presentation and merchandising are always met.
• As the retail face of AS Colour, you'll be informing and educating customers about our range and helping them find the right product for their needs.

We want to work with someone who has:

• One year retail, tourism or hospitality management is ideal, however if you have experience in customer service, are enthusiastic, hardworking and a fast learner you may already have what it takes.
• The ability to think quickly, solve problems and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner is essential.
• We have a close-knit crew of retail staff so you'll have to work well with a team and have good time management.
• Ideally, you'd have a well-developed sense of your own style; self-confidence without arrogance, a genuine love for fashion and selling high quality basic apparel.
