What You’ll Own:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — job brief to placement — in a high-volume temp nursing environment

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing new business through networking, referrals, and outbound activity

• Collaborate with our Recruitment Resourcers and Admin team to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients

• Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro, rural, and remote area

 We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Experienced in agency recruitment (temp/contract desk experience is a huge plus)

• Naturally competitive and target-driven, with a solid track record of performance

• Organised, tech-savvy, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about delivering results and building long-term client relationships
