Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and motivated all-rounder to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to assist the 3D printing sales and support team, complemented by warehouse management, shipping, phone support, general administration, and webstore management. A successful candidate would be hard working, self-motivated and willing to go above and beyond to help the team and assist customers.   

Key Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

- Process orders and perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.

- Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage and shipping processes.

- Assist the 3D printing sales and support team to deliver an excellent customer experience

- Follow up with customers on the phone and via email

- Assist with 3D printing bureau services and part cleanup.

- Provide support for 3D printers, including maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Manage and update the webstore, ensuring accurate product listings and smooth transactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Significant experience with 3D printers and maintenance.

- Familiarity with brands like Bambu, UltiMaker, and Formlabs is highly desirable.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- While specific qualifications are flexible, additional technical certifications or experience in a similar role will be considered a major advantage.
