The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and Streetwear savvy Retail 3IC Assistant Store Manager to join the Culture Kings team at our Sydney CBD store location.
This is the pinnacle retail role, where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fashion retail management role
- Operationally excellent and experienced with stock control and visual merchandising
- Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service, we don't just sell, we create long-lasting experiences!
- Ability to meet & drive Sales & KPI's
- Operationally excellent and experienced with stock control and visual merchandising
- A natural ability to influence, coach and develop the team at an individual level
- An adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment
Attributes:
- Previous experience in a fashion retail management or leadership role
- Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service, we don't just sell, we create long-lasting experiences!
- Drive and inspire the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly budgets
- Quick thinking, with an adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment
- A natural ability to influence, coach and develop the team at an individual level
