The role:

Located in Kenwick, the main responsibility of a Retail Salesperson is to provide a superior level of service to customers seeking to purchase ARB accessories. A Retail Salesperson is responsible for addressing any customer queries about ARB’s products, whether this be from a customer in-store calling via phone or email.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering sales enquiries both over the counter, by phone and via email from consumers automotive retail trade customers and automotive dealers.
• Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockists’ customers.
• Helping the team achieve the stores revenue and profit targets.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
