The role:

Located at our Welshpool Branch, the main responsibility of a Retail Salesperson is to provide a superior level of service to customers seeking to purchase ARB accessories. A Retail Salesperson is responsible for addressing any customer queries about ARB’s products, whether this be from a customer in-store calling via phone or email.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and process customer orders, including keying in orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and assisting with stock control.
• Answer sales inquiries both over the counter, by phone, and via email from consumers, automotive retail trade customers, and automotive dealers.
• Assist with the organization and execution of special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days.
• Provide support and backup for the Branch Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• A passion for four-wheel drives.
• Experience working within the automotive sales industry is preferable.
• A very strong customer service ethic.
• The drive and ambition to grow and develop within the business.
