6 Month Contract Executive Assistant

The position, but not limited to:

• Assist with drafting / writing up sales contracts
• Assist with Email management 
• Administration / Letters / SMS management 
• Liaise with buyers
• E/A duties to the Director (e.g. assist with booking appointments & ad hoc duties as directed)

Ideal Candidate:

• Real estate experience is required.
• Needs to know Real Estate Sales
• Outstanding verbal and written communication 
• Vibrant and enthusiastic about Executive Assistant duties.
