What’s the opportunity?

As an Accessory Fitter, you'll ensure high-quality fitment of accessories to customer vehicles, meeting all specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit accessories like bull bars, tow bars, roof racks, and electrical equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and rework defects.
• Improve production output continuously.
• Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety guidelines.

Person Specification:

• Essential: Fault-finding, diagnostic skills, understanding of quality systems, full drivers licence
• Desirable: Experience in the automotive industry, trade courses in accessory fitment

Competency Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage workflow priorities.
