• Bowen Hills office with easy access to public transport (train & bus) 
• Potential for one day as hybrid 
• Monday to Friday position

Your role
Ozaccom+ currently has an exciting opportunity for a confident and highly professional individual to join our accommodation and registration management team.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing and co-ordination of accommodation reservations for delegates travelling to conferences and events
  • Processing and co-ordination of registration for delegates travelling to conferences and events
  • Travelling to assist with the on-site check in process (if required)
  • Liaising with clients to ensure their requests and expectations are met and exceeded

Our perfect team player will have (but we are flexible)

  • Previous experience in a Hotel Reservations, Front Office or a similar role, for a minimum of 2 years 
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of minimum 50wpm with high accuracy
  • Working knowledge of EventsAIR conference software, database or similar is considered an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Focused commitment on attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, whilst working on multiple projects
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel when required to assist with onsite delivery of events 
  • The ability to work independently and within a team environment. 
  • Proactive positive thinking, a person who is motivated, articulate, and considers themselves a self-starter
