Job Description - Account Coordinator

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven Account Coordinator/Office Manager to take ownership and run the day to day operations of the Domain Group Brisbane office plus assist our Queensland Sales & Agent Partnerships team in maximising support to our Queensland’s customers. Based in our Fortitude Valley office, you will operationally assist with sales initiatives and enable more direct client engagement for the team. You will facilitate and proactively address administrative and office management tasks to ensure client requests are quickly and effectively completed.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will…

Have a high attention to detail and handle the day to day running of the Brisbane office inclusive of liaising with couriers, catering, travel requests, building management, internal and external IT support, facilitating customer & business in office events and managing training boardroom bookings.

Continue building Domain’s presence with our Queensland clients through supporting and facilitating the resolution of customer needs, whilst driving product usage by demonstrating value.

Problem-solving customer needs, assisting and supporting Queensland sales initiatives, inclusive of administrative tasks, campaign and insight reporting, product bookings, customer event organisation where required, highlighting any key insights to sales leaders, and being client facing if required. Support the QLD sales team in a dynamic environment.

Work cross-functionally with other departments to troubleshoot invoice and support related issues and be the bridge between the client and internal stakeholders such as Account Partners, Customer Experience, and Credit Services teams.

Provide feedback, escalate issues, and shape processes to help drive improvements and efficiencies.
