Job Description - Account Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. This role plays a critical part in connecting demand-side sales with our client service teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and strong client outcomes.

As an Account Executive at Vistar Media, you will sit at the centre of our programmatic ecosystem, supporting the briefing, planning and delivery of digital out of home campaigns. You will work closely with Sales and Client Services to bring campaigns to life, while identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the conduit between Sales and Client Services to deliver campaigns efficiently and effectively

· Liaise on client briefs and translate them into actionable campaign plans

· Analyse media plans and provide thoughtful, data-led recommendations to clients and internal teams

· Support the Sales team in managing agency and client relationships

· Monitor campaign delivery and provide proactive recommendations to improve outcomes

· Deliver clear and insightful reporting to clients

· Attend client and agency meetings, contributing confidently to discussions

· Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and problem solve in real time

· Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

· 3+ years’ experience in a media agency or media sales environment

· Strong understanding of digital media or out of home experience is highly regarded

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail

· Ability to problem solve and remain solutions-focused under pressure

· Comfortable working to tight timelines and managing multiple priorities

· A collaborative team player who supports the broader Sales function
