Job Description

Broker Account Executive, you play a critical role in building and maintaining
partnerships with brokers to drive sales and revenue growth for Shift. Your
success depends on your ability to establish trust, provide value, and deliver
results for both your company and your broker partners.

What you'll do:

• Broker Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships withbrokers in support of the existing Business Development team and existingBroker clients.
• Business Development: Actively prospect and activate existing brokerpartners to expand the company's reach and market share. This involvesidentifying potential opportunities, making sales pitches, and presentingShift’s products.
• Product Knowledge: Build a deep understanding of the company's productsand services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages,to effectively communicate with brokers and address their clients' needs.
• Training and Support: Provide training, education, and ongoing support tobrokers to help them understand and effectively sell the company's productsand services to their clients.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams and support staff to providebrokers with the resources, tools, and assistance they need to close deals andmeet sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities,and regulatory changes that may impact the broker channel and thecompany's business.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such asbroker sales volume and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness ofbroker partnerships and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto build rapport and trust with brokers and internalstakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability toinfluence brokers' decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Knowledge of the broker channel, including industry trends,best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools tomanage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
