Job Description

What you’ll be doing
Managing both new and existing client relationships.
Developing strategies, plan, and report on digital projects, both new and ongoing.
Overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
Handling the technical queries of clients in projects.
Making sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
Communicating client needs and demands to employer company.
Forecasting and tracking client account metrics.
Managing projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
Utilise analytics to drive campaign effectiveness and deliver strategic insights.
Collaborate closely with both internal team members and external partners to craft seamless digital experiences.

You’ll need to…
In-depth understanding of digital production, marketing channels, and platforms, including paid media and SEO.
Proven experience in digital marketing industry.
Background in account management or comprehensive project management.
Have the technical understanding of SEO (strategy, on/off-page): track/analyze SEO performance, lead/implement technical SEO audits, research/take initiatives on new SEO practices.
Have knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Google Business Profile optimisation, pretty good with WordPress/Shopify CMS, Magento, Neto & okay with coding languages (CSS, PHP. HTML).
Have understanding of other digital marketing specialities eg SEM, CRO, CRM and digital advertising
Be a great communicator ie excellent spoken/written English
Be well-organised ie able to monitor progress and adapt quickly, make quick decisions and set priorities.
Have the ability to juggle among multiple accounts.
Account Management experience in digital agency is preferred.
