Job Description - Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to drive excellence across a key account. You’re a social native who ensures every project is delivered on brief and on time, without compromising on quality. You’ll actively contribute to creative and strategic conversations, working alongside our Strategy, Creative, and Production teams. If you’re a proactive communicator who stays ahead of social trends, you’ll thrive in our fast paced environment.

The Role
The Account Manager will be a central point of contact across internal functions. You’ll be a social native who can hold your own in strategic conversations while maintaining a hawk eye for accuracy and standard of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Campaign Management: Support large-scale campaigns, coordinating talent logistics and workflows across internal creative, production, and legal teams.
  • Project Excellence: Lead productive WIP meetings, manage budgets, and ensure all community management and content outputs are error-free.
  • Creator & Influencer Hub: Manage global influencer logistics, including complex negotiations, briefings, and on-the-ground management at client events.
  • Strategic Growth: Proactively identify emerging trends to educate your team and clients, and assist the AD in strategic account planning.
  • Commercial Capability: Manage POs, invoicing, and forecasting, ensuring projects remain profitable and well-documented.

Who You Are:

  • A social-first thinker with 3-5 years of creative agency experience.
  • A multitasker who remains calm under pressure and can manage high-stakes initiatives.
  • Someone with strong creative judgment who can "sharpen" an idea to ensure it meets the client’s business goals.
