Account Manager – Service Provider Portfolio

As the Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of Service Providers (Telecommunications) both high profile and smaller customers. Reporting to a supportive and consultative manager you will have the operational support and resources to assist you to deliver results.

In the role, you will:

• Effectively manage the engagement and performance of each customer within the portfolio
  


• Optimize the full value of each customer to deliver profitable growth
  


• Formulate and execute account management strategies to strengthen business relationships with customers and secure key projects
  


• Analyse the market and deliver market intelligence to senior management to classify current and future business opportunities
  


• Management of high-profile key stakeholders 
  


• Work with the Internal Sales Support team, Project team, and Management to deliver service offerings and tender proposals
  


• Work with the National Market Manager to develop annual and multi-year sales plans 
  

Requirements

• Proven Account Management experience in a business-to-business market
  


• Solutions selling experience with an ability to create value propositions that strengthen business relationships
  


• Professional experience with complex solution sales and commercial responsibilities 
  


• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with an ability to manage multiple business relationships whilst liaising from C suite to contractor level.
  


• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  


• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
