We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accounts and Administration Officer to oversee our administrative operations and ensure outstanding client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and timely invoicing using Xero.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients, handling inquiries with efficiency and friendliness.
  • Maintain and update CRM programs, managing client information and interactions effectively.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and manage messages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing mail, supplies, and office documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Research and understand property details to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Engage with clients to support and realize their outdoor concrete pool dreams, offering expert guidance and personalized solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the building industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Detailed knowledge of Xero and proficiency in using CRM programs.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes efficiently.
  • Ability to research and understand property details, offering valuable insights to clients.
