$75k + super + commissions OTE $130k

In this role, you'll spearhead business growth initiatives by cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with key clients.

About the Role:

Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients spanning Australia.
Deliver unparalleled customer service, fostering enduring client connections.
Lead onboarding calls and ensure customer retention.
Utilise CRM systems for efficient data management.
Meet activity based KPIs and contribute to sales triumphs.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of subscription-based offerings.

About You:

Experience in retention will be an advantage.
2 - 3 years' experience in Account Management or Sales in the SMB market is ideal.
Proficiency in navigating full sales cycles.
Exceptional communication skills, including a polished phone demeanour.
Proven track record in cultivating and maintaining positive client rapport.
Demonstrated history of meeting sales and retention objectives.
Personable, ambitious, and a team player at heart.
